He also has a DJ company, Double “O” Soul Entertainment LLC specializing in milestone birthday parties, retirement parties, family reunions and weddings. Finally, through his Executive Director position at Chuck Fowlkes Organization LLC, he works to bridge the gap between qualified candidates and industry opportunities, jump starting their career.

Chuck Fowlkes
His Story
Chuck currently is the Program Manager of an Energy Trades Program. The program at the Randolph Career Technical Center is in its second year. DTE Energy has been very instrumental as our corporate advisor.
He also spent 26 years with Consumers Energy in various leadership roles. The last role was the Commercial and Industrial Supervisor at the Macomb Service Center. Additionally, he served as a Gas
Service Supervisor in the metro region in various compacities.
Retiring as a Captain from the United States Military after 30 years of service. He served as the HR resource Officer/S-1. He provided guidance to military leaders on all human resources matters. He was also responsible for supervising strength management personnel.
He is currently a member of the Oak Park Toastmaster Club. He volunteers for various community outreach activities through Forgotten Harvest Food Bank/ Southeast Oakland Kiwanis Club.
